How we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Logspace or visit this website.
Last updated: 12 June 2026
1. Who we are
Logspace ("we", "us") provides an internal reporting platform that lets companies collect structured work reports from their teams. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers both this website (logspace.cloud) and the Logspace product.
Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@logspace.cloud or +234 703 768 0428.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. Name, work email address, role, and department, provided when your company's workspace administrator creates or invites your account.
- Report content. The reports, drafts, and notes you submit through the platform, including any project tags and recipients you select.
- Audit records. Logspace keeps a timestamped log of actions taken in a workspace (such as sign-ins and report submissions). This is a core product feature your employer relies on for accountability.
- Enquiries. If you contact us through this website, we receive the details you choose to send (name, email, company, message).
- Technical data. Session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use information
- To provide the service: deliver reports to selected recipients by email, maintain the workspace record, and operate the admin dashboard.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To respond to enquiries and provide support.
- To improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your report content for advertising.
4. AI report polishing
If your workspace has the optional AI report polishing feature enabled, the text of a report you choose to polish is sent to our AI processing provider to improve grammar and tone. The content is processed to return the polished text and is not used to train models. The feature is optional and can be disabled for an entire workspace.
5. Data isolation
Every customer company runs in its own workspace with a dedicated database. Your company's reports, users, and audit logs are never pooled with another company's data.
6. Your employer's role
When you use Logspace through your employer's workspace, your employer is the controller of that workspace's data: its administrators decide who has accounts, who receives reports, and how long records are kept. We process that data on their behalf to provide the service. Requests about your data in an employer workspace are usually best directed to your workspace administrator first.
7. Sharing
We share information only with service providers we use to run Logspace — hosting, database, email delivery, and (where enabled) AI processing — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
8. Retention and export
Workspace records are retained for as long as the workspace is active, or per the retention terms agreed with the customer. Audit trails can be exported to CSV at any time. When a workspace is closed, its data is deleted after export, subject to a reasonable wind-down period and any legal obligations.
9. Security
We use role-based access controls, secure (encrypted) connections, secure session handling, and encrypted storage of credentials and secrets. No system is perfectly secure, but isolation per company means a problem in one workspace does not expose another.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@logspace.cloud — or your workspace administrator for data inside an employer workspace.
11. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
